Scott is attempting to give me information to figure out the spacing by googling words, but he's turning up equations with no numbers and graphs pertaining to a different kind of device.

Scott found a diagram of a grate and sent it, but with no number for the spacing or anything else, I can't make the grates. He told me to contact the sheeper, which I did. The sheeper just sent back a piggy.

Kevin hasn't said anything for several days. I poked him, saying the samples should have arrived by now.

I told Mr.R that I had completed payment to his shipper. Without even missing a beat he professed loved for our new found business relationship and placed a second order. So nice of him to start coughing up more cards automatically. Hopefully I can get him to cough up several more cards before he realizes he hasn't collected a dime yet:

I've been out for a couple of days but just got back to pinging Mr.R. He's now had his shipper contact me directly so hopefully he'll cough up some more pink pork (given the proper incentive).

I've told Mr.P that since we were unable to conclude the transaction I'll have to refund his payments back to his cards. Still waiting to see if that spurs him to action...

The sheeper told me to send the insurance fee to <mule who has hopefully been warned already> by WU. I told him (after consulting the accountant) that I can't send money by WU. He told me to send a check overnight to the mule. I told him the check must be made out to the company and sent to the company address. He told me to Fedex the check to the mule's address. Should I use one of our couriers instead? Or should I ask him to write the address correctly? He told me <five digits>cr<four digits> and a city, no ZIP code, no street name. I found out what it is by searching Google Maps, but my character could easily be baffled.

Mr.Reynolds finally put me in "direct touch" with someone at his shipping company. To help facilitate their payment I assured them that I had made payment to a Gina D (who just happened to be the holder of the first account given, the one Mr.R eventually told me NOT to use). I'm sure there are some phone calls being made between several different parties on that one.

I told Mr.Phillips that since I couldn't resolve payment to his shipper I could refund him his payments taken to date either via an on line transfer (i.e. give me some more pink pork) or via a check sent via snail mail. He opted for snail mail (which is kind of unusual) and asked that it be sent immediately! For some reason the sent me another email late last night trying to get me to NOT mail his check to the address he had provided but to a different/new on. Ooops, too late, it's been mailed...I'm sure there are some phone calls being made between several different parties on this one as well.

Man, my customer service skills are just atrocious... Wink

I got a problem. Payments 1 and 2 were gomerchopped. Payment 3 I sent by GPS, who delivered it to the city with the right name in the wrong state; now it's on its way to the town in another wrong state (the lad says it's on the road, even though it's obviously stopped at an airport waiting for a plane). My accountant told me that the payment must be sent to the company's bank account or sent as a check to the company address. He wants me to send payment 4 to mule 2 at an address which is obviously a house, not a headquarters of an international shipping company. How should I tell him it's not the company headquarters without letting him know how I know?

Also he wants payment 4 right away, even though the grates to be sheeped with payment 1 aren't ready yet.

I assume it's different than the shipping address for the order? See if you can use that detail.

I usually mail the refund check to the shipping address. That usually gets them excited!

The driver got in a canoe this morning to deliver another package to an island in the lake south of Chandler, which is west of Tyler. He brought the envelope with him. On the way back from the island, the canoe tipped, and the envelope with the check fell into the water and was lost. (If you don't get the joke, look up William Henry Harrison.)

I'm on my way to the bank to get a replacement cashier's check (which means I'll be out the money for 90 days from when the original was issued), which I'll have ready for the sheeper to pick up with the grates tomorrow. But the sheeper wants me to send it by a different courier.
