The file is on your Google Drive and - at least for me on this PC - requires a download, which I would not do. Baiters' audio files are usually uploaded to file sharing sites like 4Shared or SoundCloud.

You can play it without download with "TwistedWave on line", a Google connected app (it doesn't work with "Music Player for Google Drive"):
