After quite a few years of running absolutely admin havoc here on Eater, Slightlyoutofit has decided to step down.
<strike>I for one will miss her tactful, pleasant, always caring yet soft spoken demeanor that she. has demonstrated over the years. Always there but always in the shadows.
We all know that Slightly was a shy, introverted admin, that struggled to have a voice on the forums. Users would comment to me often that they hardly knew she was around, words.... words...... yes words used to describe Slightly have included the following...
- "tip-toe like"
- "a fragrant petal"
- "placid to a tee"
- "Non Confrontational"
- "The most Mellow"
- "Pleasing to the Ear"
- "A compassionate admin"
- "Almost tender in personality"
- "She has an affable nature"
- "so easy to approach"
- Brings a new meaning to cordiality
- A benign yet pleasant personality
and the list can go on and on.....

Sad to see you go. Slightly, thank you for all your hard work, as many have said, Those are going to be some large (size 1/8th) shoes to fill, when she leaves. 
While Slighlty has stepped down, please welcome Juan Freizwidatt as the new Forum Admin here on Eater.
Seriously though.... Thanks for everything Slightly it has been a pleasure having you on board, hopefully you will pop in from time to time to say hi. |
