Hi all. Was directed to 419Eater by a friend. Have spent a couple of days reading and generally finding my way around. There are some brilliant and sophisticated resources here. Am looking forward to taking part. A question though - with so much stuff published here and relatively simple access, don't the lads tend to use it as a resource to spot eaters? Or are they just too lazy?

first: lads still don't really understand the purpose of baiting. they are NOT dumb, baiting, and various other activities which do not create income while costing money and time are just outside their cultural and sociological horizon.

second: lads do not talk to each other about their failures. because doing so would just help their competitors. on the other end, here at eater, we help each other with baits, new modalities, refining modalities and so on. this way, lads always have to deal with the full knowledge of the eater-community. this can be best observed at the pastor om@r twat thread Twisted Evil

. and keep in mind, that only a small fraction of baits gets published. most of the standard-straight-baits will never be published, and there are even unpublished safaries (I currently know of 2 safaries, which may be published soon).

EDIT: finally: there were lads who found this site, and even their bait-thread. that happens occasionally and takes quite some effort to get him back onto the hook. otherwise, they are gone for good and know a bit better about baiting. but again, they won't tell in order to help their competitors.

Good analysis. Usually when a lad twigs, he just calls you a "joker", directs some abuse your way and that's it. There hasn't been any attempt to understand the community of baiting.

I have a Lad on the hook right now that found all the info I posted at the warning site and assumed my account had been hacked rather than me being the one who did it. I already had a second account in that character's name so when they asked me to switch to a new E-mail addy, I did. I stopped posting in the warning thread for a while. (Most wasn't scripted anyway) Now I'm back to posting as they are sending love scripts again. The Lad hasn't bothered to look at his thread again yet.

I've another Lad that found my E-mail address at the warning site and I just told him that I had been scammed before and I had given that info to the moderators but they didn't get my E-mail deleted correctly. (I fixed my post and still received a piggy from that Lad).

african baiters have some extra assets which are very welcome in this community.

Fortunately no, I just type a little fast and sometimes abbreviate my sentences - is it because I left out the "I"? Interesting. I'm from Scotland.

Thanks for responses. Another question, has anyone ever thought of sending these guys a nasty virus as a link? I'm pretty sure they would not be forking out for anti-virus software.

Welcome to Eater Jimborino, that's what Robert and Doc S will have noticed - it's one of a number of distinctive characteristics of West African English.

there are much better ways: make the lad believe that there is a trojan or virus on his computer. he will happily format it.

no need to send a real virus.

The lads get the computer viruses from their smart phone so the solution is to have the lad put his phone in the microwave for 33 seconds which will kill the virus.
