this clown is using freecycle and freegle sites in uk, offering free electric wheelchair for the disabled and poor, he said he was in cornwall, but on emailing him back......he had just moved to scotland. we can still have the wheelchair but will have to pay the courier.....etc.
a little bait and search finds him, here you find his school report, thanks google! came 36th in a class of 40...says it all.

I have just been notified now that they are waiting for the payment
voucher to activate the delivery.You have to do with the payment with
them .get the payment voucher and email them or call them again.I also
had difficulties to contact them but finally emailed them.am at the
