My experience with the WIMP is that you really have to sell the "me and you, no one else must know or be involved" stuff before you let on that the lad's country isn't in your jurisdiction. If you don't you'll fight a non-stop battle of them just contacting someone else in the destination city to pick the stuff up for them...which they'll try to do no anyway! |

The initial idea for a WIMP was to give the mugu option abouy where to go. This did not work well --- too many mugus would have a friend in city "x" to help out with the cash pickup. So I recommend telling the mugu there is only one "trusted" WU employee who will not blow the whistle on this transaction, and he is in city "y" and the mugu must go there to pick up the MTCNs. This greatly reduces the odds that the mugu will have a friend in position to pick up the MTCNs. |
