This email falls more into the category of religion-related/spiritual spam email rather than advance fee fraud scams. As such I think it's like "spellcaster" emails and not baitable under 419eater rules:

When you talk to the guy on the phone,
they start asking for $2000 to send a monk to establish a 'shrine' in your home ..
it has all the characteristics of any other advance fee fraud ..
pay up first ..
and probably pay more next time Wink
