i once again got another long winded email from the delivery company wanting to get me to choose an option on how i would like the "package sent.. which i wasnt overly happy about the cost..

i received an email from you guys and i find it absurd with the outrageous charges you want me to pay for delivery of a small package, that being between 350-700 USD.
the second option of 720 pounds i dont understand what that way is, but i wanted to know also why the tracking company would be outlining to me terms and conditions of the lottery to me, all they have to do is to deliver the package.

now, i have some problems which i am currently facing, i have just been released from prison 3 weeks ago, after spending 12 years in prison, this money opportunity has come at a perfect time and is a golden opportunity for me to get my life back on track, however, in the time i have been in prison my identification card has become lost or stolen, because of my criminal record, i am not allowed to have a passport or travel, this is causing me immense grief.

i have spoken to the authorities, and the agencies in order to issue me with a new identification card, but they have told me that it will take 4 - 6 weeks to reissue me with a new ID, they have told me this is because they need to go through, birth, deaths and marriages to track down my birth certificates and they have to do background checks and so forth.

so i am also going to miss this 7 DAY deadline i have been given, in order to process the lottery claim.

the money itself is no issue, but i dont have a bank account, i dont have a credit card, and without my ID i am not able to open one.

i have money which was kept by my associates before i was jailed, im just trying to track everyone down to recieve the money

it will come in very handy as well, because once i have sorted out all of my identification problems and other issues im ironing out, i will be looking at starting a business, buying and selling gold bullion and diamonds through previous contacts i have. this money will certainly be good to help in getting my venture up and running in a great way.

anyway, please let me know where we can go from here, as i have said, i am very limited in how i can transfer moneys as without ID its virtually impossible to do anything unless you are dealing in hard cash.

hi maria, im noticing that the delivery service is just that, they deliver, they shouldnt have anything to do with the lottery as such, so im sure we can come to some other arrangement to have my cheque sent over, and some other form of paying, as ive said, only way i can pay is through cash only, i cannot post the cash in the mail, so im a bit stuck in that way, is there another form of delivery? do you have some office in australia or a person this way who i can contact?

You need to contact the SPEED DELIVERY they are in the right position to tell you what to do and not from our company, remember your winning funds is with them so they are waiting for you to contact them as soon as possible.

I told them id see how I would go, they got back to me again telling me I had to choose an option, I told them to go for the 700 dollar option as I wanted the business over and done with quickly, (and to make them feel like they will get more money out of me)

I shot them a quick email questioning the reason why all of a sudden its gone from 700usd to 750usd
they told me it was a fee for british board of internal revenue

I sent him a quick and direct unhappy email to him

Hello sir, our account officer just got to the money gram store right now, and it was stated that the information you sent to us is different from the one we are having please kindly go back and correct the senders name and the reference number. Make sure the senders name is correct before you send any receipt of the slip.
The Senders name on the receipt you gave us was a wrong name kindly go back and rectify the problem... Or use any of the agent name to make the payment that will be easier.
We need fast response from you . So he just asked me to get one of the money gram agents to put the payment through for me under their name, well thats legit and all above board!!!

hi there, im confuse as to what you are saying, you said that the senders name (my name) which was on the receipt was different to what you have on your records, tell me what the problem is, because im pretty sure i know what my name is and am not stupid enough to spell my name wrong.
