He's not playing the game....... you were very clear, get tortured and perhaps escape with his life or join your business (and get tortured by you).
Is he using an email you can trace the IP address of or is it a gmail/yahoo type you can't? If you can't trace his IP address due to this, perhaps you can tell him that the batty rapist torturers can hack into these accounts and he needs to open a new mail account (you can trace) for his own security. You can then get an exact location for him to bully him further.

I think he is on lockdown.
To be fair, I'd probably be on lockdown too if I felt there was a real chance hired rapists were after me for questioning about Boko haram gold. |
