This isn't a long bait but we can inflict some time wasting on this arrogant individual.

Got a Bank Account without much pushing.... I am now on to WU then a doller chop tomorrow.... so it won't take much of your time. It's just 'she' is so cocky ! (It's on Scamwarners with a different name attached but the same scam).

I had a short initial email telling me about an amazing ATM card I could apply for. I answered simply

Then we were off...
