Sudden drop in email?

Up until a couple of weeks ago I would typically get about 10-12 emails in my catcher account a day. After the holidays it dropped to about maybe 5 a day. Yesterday, only 3 emails and today ... only 1. Anyone else's emails slowing down like that?

I've also noticed that most of the ones I have been getting are the truly, moronic, unsophisticated, barely legible emails and not many of the emails trying to portray themselves as officials or anything.

I just received an FBI recovery scam yesterday. Someone had given them some De-education though as one of the states he claimed to have jurisdiction over was the state of "Erogenous". Laughing

I get them in waves myself.

Maybe lads are getting new emails lists you are not on and rejecting the old ones? Time for spamming your catcher to sketchy guestbooks?

All my lads seem to be slowing down with their responses. All my current lads come from Nigeria and their response times are very sparse. Wonder if there is a national holiday or something else which is stopping them.

I've noticed I don't seem to get many out-of-nowhere emails in my main baiter account anymore. It's just the lads I'm baiting. Maybe they're being more careful in the Internet cafes?

For what it's worth, gmail seems to be flagging about half of my emails as spam and then in red on top something about how letters like these are used for identity fraud and scams. Wouldn't think that would slow them down, but maybe changing their tactics?

Mine fluctuates wildly from day to day, but I had about a dozen emails in one of my catchers over the last 24 hours.

Yeah, all of you have brought up a few good things, this morning my email is back up to the regular 5/6 emails in my catcher account.

Gmail has been flagging spam like that since forever and I don't think that would deter the lads at all. I think I may set up a new catcher email and make the rounds with that and see if maybe my old one has just been "old and used" and thrown off the lists LOL

Actually, I've found that the longer you have an email address that consistently responds to scam emails, the more lads contact you out of the blue.

I have 5-8 baits going at any given time, but I rarely find lads out of surplus to start them now. I just join onto mass baits, or let the lads contact me first. Very frequently, they already know details about my character that they could only have gotten from other lads, which means my baiter email is getting sold in ladland. Very Happy
