I just started up here and really do appreciate your laying out all your contacts step by step. I picked up a few email addresses from the surplus scammers and have 3 on the hook now, but haven't actually responded to anything yet.

Unlike these guys, I work for a living and at times can be all work and no fun. It seemed to be perfect in this situation as I have let this bait sit for a few days:

Being a beginner, out of ideas and extremely busy workwise in real life I let this bait grind to a stop. Using an aged ailing mom as an excuse for delays already made me realize that I could come back with the excuse that my mom died and restart the bait.

Numerous emails from the scammer and his lawyer went unanswered until I responded this morning.

He's done with forms, he's filled out many. And I've already been to MG/WU offices (had money sending issues, therefore the stateside sending instruction).

I would do the MG thing but my printer/scanner is down so no way to generate fake forms at the moment.

Your character's scanner or yours? There's always MOAG as part of the tools which doesn't need to be printed out. Or maybe send the MTCN by one of the excellent shipping companies?
