After getting a piggie from him months ago and him trying to access his MTCN number through the SPTS modality i got off here for over 2 1/2 hours , he sent me back to the money gram office (weston union he didnt like the forms) but money gram have them too ....all 6 pages of them Laughing

My character is in a wheelchair and it costs me £30 a time in taxis to go to the money gram office which i,m not happy about .

See my latest email to him and the reply i got back pmsl .

It looks like this bait is coming to its end and its time to release him back into the wild ......after one more piggy .......

I cant see it going on much longer i will miss his emails

Are you well today ?
I went to the money gram office yesterday as you instructed .....it was a complete nightmare .
I was exhausted and still in shock when i got home and went straight to bed .
The whole day was wasted and i never had time to buy any food shopping . It also cost me another £30 in taxi fares ...please remember i am in a wheel chair , i can walk but not for very long since my stroke its not easy for me .

The total amount of money i have spent so fare on this is £60 in taxi fares and £12.00 in fees at the money gram office so £72 wasted !
First of all they called for the manager when i asked for my money back and then he took me into his office .

They questioned me like some sort of criminal because the MTCN number was not accessed through the SPTS systym and wanted to know all the details of who the money was being sent to , the reason they gave was that they take fraud very seriuosly especially when money is being sent over seas .
I told them you had been trying to access the MTCN number off the SPTS website ......and they did confirm this so they appolagised to me eventually ...i still dont know why they did this to me ???

I then had to fill in a 6 page form as the sender and you have to fill forms in as the reciever .........see attached .

The forms i had to down load myself off there website for you to fill in / scan and send them back to me ......then i have got to
go back AGAIN .....which will cost me another £30 in taxis and another £12 in Money gram fees .......

MY TOTAL COSTS WILL BE £114.00 ............this is no joke Mr J0hn ...MONEY GRAM has totally wasted our time

The £1350 is now sat in my flat hidden in a cupboard ......this worries me .

The atitude and behaviour of these people in money gram office is the VERY REASON I HATE USING WESTON UNION OR MONEY GRAM .
The way i see things now we can either go down the manual route and you fill in the forms (they already have mine ) and i will VERY RELUCTANTLY go back next week ..... or you can give me your bank account details (an account that works this time please)

must i fill form for what and why??how can you ask me to fill form
before i receive money from money gram,i never do it before and i
can't do it becuase all this seen to me like you are just turning
around.

i must tell you that i never understand you??since we started this
transaction i never understand you,do you think we are playing of
joke,i gave you account number at the first place the only account i

Forget that money gram go to another money gram or western union,tell
them that you want to transfer money to your brother in africa if they

I must tell you the bank here are not happy with all this your story
even the bank manager told me that you are just lying.

This will be the last thing i will do if you give me another story i
will not respond to your mail again i will know that you are lying to
me.

Do you want another account number or can you go to another money gram
or western union and send the money??

i need answer and truth.

I can thank just cold for getting this far , i,ve been asking questions about his family and life in between his money demands , he has invested a lot of his time on me so he is naturally gutted ...lol..

I would love to keep him going for longer i'm sure i can think of something .

^ Tell him there's a RIA Money Transfer nearby, and ask if he can use that. If he agrees, there's a RIA form right here. Wink

You can also ask him about another (419) email you received. Let him worry and start to "warn" you about the other Lad. After a while, thank your Lad for his efforts but tell him you are now going to work with the new Lad because "he is offering me a better deal". Hillarity will ensue! Smile

I am still new to all this and i must admit to hating this guy with all my heart .

He has been knocking around for years ...when i google his email addy and mobile number he is on scam warners and a few blogs .

I was thinking of asking if i could send cash via a courier to his address (after another piggy ).

My thinking was i would then have his mobile number ...all the emails / various ip address,s and his home address ......

Can you get a Lad arrested for fraud with enough info ?

I have a reasonable amount to hang him ( i think ) .

Does he not realize that every money transfer thing is interconnected now because of British Security laws???? Does he not know that money laundering is a big thing nowadays (surely he would not want to be accused of that would he?). But if he wants it sent by RIA, who are you to argue?????

I don't think you are dead by any means, this guy smells money but can't reach out and grab it yet. Keep the carrot dangling.

Oh and if he complains, send the money but subtract your expenses from what you "sent" to him. That is only fair I think!

A Newbie question ...this mtcn number they all ask for how many digits is it and what are the ways to piss them about with it ?

I am pretty new to computers but in the process of filling everything away for ease of use for future baits its been a very steep learning curve and very addictive

If the lad is in Africa - not a chance.

If he's in the West, there is a microscopic chance, but it very much depends on the circumstances, the evidence and whether you can prove that he scammed a victim within the given jurisdiction.

I think the number is 9 digits for WU and 8 for MG, or vice versa.

Ways are numerous to mess with the numbers....

1. Give him a number like 888 931 892. When it doesn't work, tell him you are sorry but the one 8 was actually a 9. Don't say which one....
2. Give him a nine digit (or Cool

number and say "oops that is supposed to be a 1" again, don't say which number is supposed to be a 1.
3. Switch them around at will.
4. If it is 8 digits needed, send 9 or 10. If 9, take off a couple.
5. Vary 1-4 at will.

That should cause pain for a while!

and MG can't be checked online. he has to go to an MG-office.

and since both WU and MG are usually located in banks because of the high security standards, he has quite some fun explaining why he showed up with a non-existant number.

I wonder what would happen if the victim/baiter tells the lad, that he has quite a problem of getting numbers right. and always mixes digits up.

this could lead to endless runs to the MG office. and moreover, if the lad gives an account number, the baiter could send it to various deviations, always resulting in losses of money. could be funny... at least for us, not for the lads.

The guy is from togo -lome according to ip searches so i guess im fecked for trying to get him arrested but that wont stop me from trying !

Can i post up the ip,s here ? ....although i guess thats no good just internet cafes ?

Togo, huh? Well, if you ever manage to find a mail address or a phone number to the local police (which you won't, because it doesn't work like the PD's here in the Western part of the world), you have to overcome a language barrier, and then make the corrupt LE of one of Africas worst dictatorships care. If you want to try, by all means knock yourself out - but it will be a waste of time you can spend much better on wasting the lads time.

I love the WU receipt generator on here, take a look. Looks so good and generates that MTCN number... you can even have a crumpled paper look or stained paper look ! It has sent many a likely lad to the love WU office.

I know you are frustrated and please believe me i feel exactly the same . I have never had this much trouble (or exSpense) sending money but admitedly this is the first time i have tried to make an over seas transaction .
The fact that you AND i are so annoyed with money gram..... i will accept that you calling me a liar was out of pure frustration and you didnt really mean to upset me ...i hope you didn't ?

If your bank manager does not believe me please send me his email address and i will forward my dated taxi reciepts for my trips to
the money gram office then he can appologise to me .

Not sure why you cant fill in the forms i thought it would be easy enough for you to do being a barrister then we can complete this transaction ?

No matter ......lets move forward...

Yes there are other money gram / weston union offices in the uk but i do not drive as you know and i have to rely on taxes which i am sure you will appreciate are costly , other money gram office is miles away i really dont want to spend much more on travelling i am already £102.00 out of pocket !

I am happy to carry on with this transaction if you are ?

In the unlikely event this fails i will travel up to another money gram office when i get paid ....please understand going to another money gram office out of town is going to cost me a lot of money .....the amount of which i have no idea until i ring the taxi company that has cabs with wheel chair access .

I have come to the conclusion as a newbie i should play myself as a character ( not RL ) but under different names if you know what a mean ?

I am who i am and can play the lads better without trying to think of myself as a vicar etc Rolling Eyes
