On the topic if things losing their effectiveness if repeated...

Wouldn't it make it /more/ effective if all baiters did, for example, WU anti-terrorist forms? I mean, if all of us started using that modality, for instance, wouldn't it start to become set in the lad's minds that WU (or MG, or whoever) really /was/ starting to use forms like that, and that they'd just have to fill them all out as a price of doing business, for example?

I mean, if John the Baiter 'sends' $2000 to a lad via WU, and plays the 'What MTCN?' game, while Bob the Baiter goes to 'send' that lad $2000 and comes back with the 'Hey, WU needs these forms filled out first' modality...isn't the lad just going to twig to Bob, since John didn't get any forms?

Does that make sense? I've almost confused myself.
