I replied via Trovit and they provided the [email protected] addy. I asked him for photos and he sent them attached, so he must have lost all his sites.
I didn't realise he has been baited, this explains his excellent reaction when I chopped him Very Happy

i am very sorry for the long silent, i was at the agency trying to register the puppies for delivery. and thanks God i succeeded to register them for delivery for today. so the agency will contact you when they are through and let you know how you will be making the payments to them.

These registrations are such a drag but I'm sure the payment will go smoothly and we'll get our puppies soon

EDITED TO ADD: Lad is in Cameroon, he calls my Ladline every hour on +237 code. His 'delivery agency' has sent me invoice that's one of the funniest I have seen, I'll post it later after I have sent his payment Rolling Eyes

This super-keen lad mails every couple of hours, nine missed phone calls today, I spoke to him twice yesterday and I think he calls from a coin box. Clearly he's dying to get his hands on the £££s. He must have spent hours on this work of art:

My character mails a few questions one at a time, every one brings back a volley of emails:
What is this money gram thing etc etc?
Are the puppies happy and comfortable with the delivery agency?
Do I pay you or the delivery agency?
Does the delivery man talk to the puppies in case they are lonely? - yes he talks them ok .have you been to the money gram yet?

Unfortunately the Moneygram security process detects a confliction in the agency invoice. It says CHINA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTUREat the top, and US Domestic Animal Delivery at the bottom. Federal law requires the puppies to have the official CHINA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE veterinary health certificate before Moneygram can pay out so they can be handled by the US Domestic Animal Delivery Sad

This lad is great fun, he really thinks he has hit the jackpot and we exchange seven emails before he comes up with a lurid 'health certificate'. Even then he's not happy:
