So I have been baiting Mary Bear as I had mentioned in a previous message a couple weeks ago. Someone else on this site had baited her and explained that she/he was a complete idiot. Her latest message makes ZERO sense to me. Let me explain...

She started off with a loan scam email. We've been going back and forth with emails for about 2 weeks now. I have sent her the money through Western Union but needed her to produce a security photo (Western Union policy) in order to get the MTCN activated. She has sent me the most random, junk, fake pictures time and time again, clearly not grasping my explanation of what a security photo needs to be. My character has gotten fed up with her and told her that she still hasn't produced a proper photo for Western Union, and my character mentioned that he might have to just go back to Western Union and cancel the transaction and give up on the whole thing. She responded with this:

With Due Respect And Humanity,Let me first of all inform you,Before the normal procedures, I like you to know that I am Mrs Mary Bear, i am a certified lender who is based in Indian , My offer is guaranteed in the sense that you will definitely get the loan as soon as you follow the loan procedures correctly.

And i want you know like your Duration:and i promise you that you are going to get this loan thought my company and i we help you because of your time okay,,

All the pleasantries fall short because they're preempting a request, so it sounds like you're saying all of that stuff because you want something and not because you mean it. Here's the same letter in the opposite order

Remember that loan often begins with a smile form, so don’t be afraid to let your personality shine through your words. Inject some humor: “I really enjoyed our chat at the event last. I wish I could say the same about the so-called buffet!”

This approach might take a few extra minutes, but ask yourself this: how important is it to live your product or idea ?

So back to the subject of this post..... What in the hell?? Do I have a schizophrenic lad or something?

Dorothy: Great find. Did you google it with the words my lad had written to find that site? Or is this a site that lads have been known to use to try and sound more convincing?

Either way, complete and utter fail by my lad. I really have no idea how to reply to him/her. haha

I googled it due to the English and the fact that it sounded like a self-help lecture.

Any time you see a phrase where the English is suddenly way better than the rest of the message, pick a section of that English and google, and you are quite likely to find the source.

Still, isn't it refreshing to see a lad who aspires to more ? Very Happy

As Big Al suggested, I continued the de-education of this lad. Although this lad clearly already has a Doctorate in de-education, I replied to his nonsense email by letting him know that his response convinced me that he was sincere about making our transaction come to fruition. So again I told him he needed to provide the security photo so that I could get Western Union to get the MTCN activated.

I had Mary Bear for quite awhile and most of what she sent was ridiculous. I don't think he speaks English well so most of what you get can be googled to find the original source. Good news is your free to interpret the emails however you want and answer with your own ridiculous answers
