You do not have politeness and manner to write to person senior to you. I am HR manager involved to hiring process in my company, so I can judge from how you write your email, what kind of person you are.

First of all, you should not address me without honorable, "Yangsuk Kim" but you should address me Madam Kim or Mrs Chou.
Also if you refer to my friend Ms. Tracy D, she is older than I and I respect her very much. Seeing you addressing her "d" without honorable and begins from small letter is downright rudeness.

You should learn how to be polite and not being so rude. I am not willing to help you and let you come to Hong Kong, if you do not correct your manner.

If you really need my help, re-write your email with proper addressing of people and proper manner of asking favor. I do not think you can become a good business man if your manner is like that. And I am sure my conservative parents expecting classic Korean manner may dislike having you as grand son.

Your writing has not been improved and I am not satisfied with how you write. However, understand your circumstances that the refugee camp do not provide good education to the youths there.

I should go first things first. If I am not going to adopt you, I do not have to help you on your consignment. I do not believe you are good boy if you just say you are. You should show evidence.

I ask you to write about your life in the camp, and what you learned from there, what was good and what was challenging. I read your email, and disappointed to see what you wrote about your life in the camp. You only refer to badness, and never see anything you could learn from the life there.

My husband Vic almost lost his interest in adopting you. I myself as an HR manager in a company, I know how to see what is in person from what they write regarding to their difficulties. I am very sorry to say, you are good for nothing for us to adopt. You will face lots of difficulties when you come over here to Hong Kong. I assume you have no ability to deal with these difficulties due to your ethnicity, background, education level and your personailities when you arrive here.

Another thing is, you are totally wrong to emphasize your consignment as benefit for having you here. It is wrong to think that people will motivated when big amount of funds are being implicated.

I can give you another chance to write your essay properly, about what you could learn from your life in the refugee camp. This is only because you are introduced from my good friend Ms. D, so that I do give you another chance to go. I can wait until end of this week.
