This lad showed up in my list when I typed in his email address so I've obviously pinged him at least once in the past. I've sent him another solicitation anyway to see if he remembers.

Maybe I haven't heard back from him as my product isn't one he could easily turn around if I did ship it to him...

I'm going to try to hit him for as many cards as possible before the balance is cleared and then reverse cards before I get a chance to arrange the shipping.

^^ I couldn't get any more than one card out of the last one I had that actually wanted the product shipped. They wanted the product shipped to like the Ivory Coast or something so I never really did figure out what was going on. I eventually just kind of had to let it fade away...

Could everyone please publish whatever credit cards you've gotten out of him here? Just mask it somewhat like I've done above. Lads might get suspicious if you decline one card and in the next breath on of the other baiters lets that card through. I just feel we should be keeping track...

^^^ wait a day or so and tell him that the refunds to the cards failed, so you will have to refund to his bank account and see if you can get a Closed lad accounts

out of him - when he gives you an account that is not in his name, refuse due to money laundering rules and see if he is smart enough to give you a different account with his name on it.

Tried to get the lad's personal banking details but he's not biting. Only gave me the mule banking details. He's asked that I ship him a partial order up to the amount that was 'paid' using the credit cards he gave.

I've encountered this kind of scam before - on the mule side of the scam. The lad buys things using his stolen credit card info. He then has everything shipped to a mule who sells whatever goods were shipped, the mule keeps their share of the money and sends the rest to the lad via MG/WU.

The mule is in Singapore. Should I alert the authorities and give them the address along with details of the scam? And is there any quick and anonymous way to do so?

I told him that one of his previous payments was returned unpaid and that I cannot ship if I haven't been paid for the full order. Since this lad truly wants the products shipped, I just need to be patient and keep returning a credit card payments at the right time. He might be good for a couple more piggies.
