He insisted on moneygram for me but since I told him I didn't have moneygram he's ignored me. Since I have not heard from him I decided to prod him again.... I suspect he'll still ignore me but I wanted to let him know I was going to have to explain to my grandchildren what happened.

I sent a request through his first website and never heard back from the lad. You guys are either keeping him too busy or the message got lost when Big X killed the site.

When I wasn't happy about Western Union and told them that in the shop they wouldn't take my money, my reply was
'Are you normal'

and I haven't heard from him since.

Keep at him, he obviously isn't happy.

Lad ignored my character #3 when he replied quoting the dead website, and he won't answer character #1 after he was chopped by Gomer. However character #2 has kept him busy with 14 emails and finally:
I made payment to Lee Harris this afternoon by money gram, the reference number is 53863787 please let me know when you have received payment and will send my puppy dog

Can you ship my puppy as soon as you receive your payment?

We have a double trip to money gram Very Happy

Sent him his genuine receipt courtesy my local MG office (where the staff just love to see scammers being done over). Surprise surprise, there is a problem:

This bastard may be West African from his style, but I think he's based in the US. I've got this Minneapolis phone number out of him (612) 642-1439 -- Google it and he has two puppy sale websites (since closed), it's linked to the address he quotes (5204 Humboldt Ave N), he's in several classified ad websites, and the number itself appears marked UNSAFE on a phone warning site. Some guy is trying to recover $800 from him. Google Streetview shows his advertised address as quite a nice neighborhood, his scamming must be paying off Sad

After the 2nd site has been removed, i of course told him he needs to find a stable web hosting company and to provide me the link of that site.

He has quoted me 190 bucks to ship the animal here to the US.

Taking 3 days to reply is giving me ample time for the sites to be removed and reply the site is down without seeming suspicious.

But he still wont tell me which dog is best at herding, Mad

He's only ever responded to me around 6PM mountain time so that makes sense he's in the US.

I'm sure someone here will shovel up this dogsite .... but puppy scam lad Nathan has dropped all my characters after extracting phone number with this:

He's dropped me, not even the ASEM saying to confirm the payment was received could get him to respond.

The telephone numbers this scammer is using are VoIP numbers which means that he could be located anywhere in the world. The number in this case is a google voice number.
I will bet money the scammer is in Africa and may have a money mule in the US. I just left him a message saying the payment has been made.
