Had a scam romance going with a ladette in the US who used photos of a chat model called Karen Dreams. Went on for around 3 weeks with all the promises of undying love. Then the first step of trying to get money took place. I could do with a new cell phone. Didnt want anything expensive. (obviously testing the water). So I suggested the model to which she (turned out to be a he) agreed.
The next part was the best bit. I phoned the particular Walmart where the item would be collected from and told them a fraudulant criminal would come to collect the item. The guy was quite excited and told me he would have a reception commitee waiting. Told me to inform my online sweetheart to collect it within 30 minutes. I told the scammer she would have to collect the phone within 30 minutes to which she said it was no problem. She actually gave me the address of her/his home and name. So off she/he went to collect only to walk straight into the arms of the local cops.
Recieved a call from the police asking me to forward the transcripts of our conversations plus the photos which I guess would have landed this jerk with a misrepresentation count plus a copyright breach.
So i guess its one less to worry about and his user name hasnt lit up on yahoo since. |
