I visited this site because I was looking for info on how to deal with a scammer. I think I will stay. I have read several of the recommended/newbie files but I still need help (I keep checking, but still no mentor available to me).
Perhaps you can answer one question: I read on this site that I should be using IP free email. What is IP free email and how do I get it? |

IP free email means using an email provider that strips out your IP address from the headers, which means you cannot be tracked by the scammers from the IP address on your emails to them.
Out of the three most popular email providers, Gmail and Outlook both strip IPs, Yahoo does not. Most baiters don't worry too much about IP tracking though, as it is very rare that a scammer will check or even care where you are. However, it is an extra level of precaution that we use in always baiting safe.
