I'm quessing that he managed to pull that "Just send whatever accounts you have and i try them all! Just make sure that you send the exess money back ASAP!" -trick!
Or possibly he told them that he can't send large sums as it would attract attention from the authorities so he must get all the accounts aviable.
These are the ways i can think of. I haven't ever managed to pull either of them but apparently others have!
