Right now, the root domain leads to a Google 404 error. But behind that domain, there is a email host which is used to scam people.

Did you read " Forum Rules and Suggested Method for Closing Fake Sites" here? I would point out the following

Its not the end of the world that you reported the site before it was added to the database but if you could post any new sites in here and set the state to "add to db" then it would be appreciated. Once Art/ECB /Snerd have done their thing they will change the state to "needs report" and you can crack on with the report. |

Hmm, the domain is involved in a scam though. It has to be brought down accordingly. If there is a moderator really checking out the Misc Scams section, then okay. Otherwise, the domain provider will be notified right away.
