For some reason he has become really stubborn about not going to Porto Novo despite me pointing out all he has to do is catch a second bus. He is going to Lome again on Friday to meet our second agent while makes urgent deliveries of food and medical supplies. Given that I gave him a very specific time to be there hopefully he will fuck up again.

He will be heading to Lome again this morning. I think he will stick around a lot longer this time seeing as it is undeniably his fault it went wrong the first time. Now he will be facing Pastor and the worlds least reliable car.

Well Its the evening and nobody knows where is. Perhaps he was robbed by bandits, perhaps he stole the money, perhaps he contracted Ebola a few weeks ago and symptoms are only showing up now. All shall be revealed when reverend and lad are super-nervous.

Great job on safari squared.

Isn't it horrible when a car breaks at the worst possible point? Its uncanny how it would stop in a small valley that must have made cell service impossible. Thank goodness for that family that came by on their motor bike and eventually sent help or Mr. C. would still be there.

I registered just to post this set of ideas for the way this could go, that this thread inspired my mind to invent.

Feeling bad for the poor Lad, our brave pastor managed to pull some strings and get permission for a one time visit to Ghana to hand the money over to his orphanage, unfortunately for our brave pastor, not only does his car break down once he enters Ghana but, egads, our noble pastor is murdered in a mugging gone bad. If things go well and he does fall for it, then explain the not showing up by having the new character having been detained by police because of the death of our pastor, after which, having given the police the story of what said pastor was doing when he got murdered, have the lad contacted by an investigator wanting to talk to him in regards to the circumstances of the pastors death, possibly getting him on a 4th safari, by letting him know that the investigator has the pastors life insurance money and will release it to the lad, as beneficiary, provided that he present himself at a police station in togo, just to clear up a few minor things first. If he doesn't fall for it though, you can always put the wind up him by announcing that after fiding his pictures on mr pastors hard drive, and is now the subject of a serious investigation and as mr pastor has crossed borders, it is now an interpol matter.

Feel free to take this idea and run with it, or parts of it, or just giggle to yourself in glee imaging the lad being put through this scenario.

Well he has forgotten about the man kidnapped while going to meet him and is moving on to more important things... Like his money.
