TLDR: He is desperate and fraudstrated and my character is very angry at him, because he lost $400

EDIT: he is also stupid enough to overlook the fact, that I failed to give him any info about myself or the fact that he asked for 400 euros and my character forgot and switched to dollars

After a few months of back and forth emails(few hundred of them, mostly because the lad is so impatient and emails you 5 times sometimes waiting for answer), 3 units of pork and after my character finally agreed to use WU, wrote the mtcn down incorrectly(how clumsy!), then went back to find the WU closed for renovations, he finally grew angry and slapped the lad:
