Finally, he's given up one- 9939 CVV 367. This appears to be new and he's insisting the balance be split into three-so only the first slightly over $600 will go through.

How can I fob him off with these last 2 cards, he's getting close to the purchase amount and I'm sure I can get more out of him Smile

^^^^ I'd clear his balance just to late in the day to be able to go to the bank to send the Money to the shipper and tell him you'll send it on Monday. Then first thing Monday morning, write to him an email telling him that a couple of the earlier cards he used have had the payments reversed, so he now owes you X that has to be paid before you can pay the shipper.

Cool, I'll use that for the next ones he sends as the last two seem to have been stolen.

^^ Make sure you get the payment details from the shipper first! That way you can close the bank account.

I generally initiate the payment to the shipper and let it settle for a couple of days before reporting an issue. When the lad comes back and asks about the problem with the payment I just tell him I don't know but it's all moot as there has has since been a problem with the original CC payments on the order. I then got back and get more CC's.

You can generally work that a couple of times with the right excuses for failing the bank transfers.

Basically, the failure on the shippers part causes the failure on the CC payments. It really gets the lads wrapped around the axle and helps drag out the bait!

I think Ive been dropped.

Nine CC's reported, mailed him yesterday that the first card for £1000 had been declined so I need another, no reply so far.

At lunchtime he sent me a bank account for the refund - Bancorp Bank account name initials JD - don't know whether it's different to the one he sent Capone. Reported and passed to my accounts dept for the refund to be processed.

Emailed him and told him I was cancelling his order and got this.

My favorite part of the bait other than when the piggies start flowing-when I get to rant about this lads business sense:

fact the Manager, Mr. Lee, call me this morning to tell me that the
funds transfer has been returned. the account you gave me has been
"flagged". I don't have any clue what that means, but I'm getting a
little testy here.

Look, we try to cater to customers but you place a large order and
cancel quickly when you have credit card issues. Fair enough, happens
a lot. Then you demand some document that doesn't exist in electronic
banking. the only receipt I know of is if you go in person. Then the
account is "flagged". Not my business, but is this the same bank as
gave you the credit cards?
