And the guy who runs it is wanted by custums and exize in uk they cant find him but I may no where he lives what should I do .he is acting as a rescue and takes in parrots and is picking out birds and pairing them up but behind the seans we think he is starting to get together a nice lot of birds for breeding .this is all in uk .what and how can I show what he is to all .please help if there is a way to stop this creap for using animals as a money spinner at other peoples costs [/b]

Report it to the police, if you can prove a crime has been committed.

There doesn't appear to be a scam here.

Welcome to Eater! The parrot scams we deal with are the ones where people in Cameroon claim that they are as common as chickens over there (they aren't — I mean the African Grey) and take money for nonexistent parrots that they don't ship.

Welcome to Eater. Unfortunately this is not the sort of scam that we deal with so I'm afraid no one here can help you. I agree with the suggestion that you check with local police to see if they can find sufficient evidence of a fraudulent activity.
