from him, start reversing some of the earlier card payments so that he has to give you some more cards before you can send the shipping fee.

^^^ What the wise goat says!! There are plenty of options for getting much more pork in this process!

I always tell the shipper that the transfers take a day or two "especially to accounts that we haven't sent payments to in the past". I then fail the transfer a day or two later and go for a second pink pig (there are lots of ways the transfer can fail). Having invested a lot of CC's in getting that far they're usually pretty willing to cough up another account just to get to their big pay day.

Once I get the second bank account I then go back and tell the original lad that his CC payment(s) has been reversed and start working him for more black pork. That provides time for the bank account to be closed and if the shipper asks about the status of his transfer/account I can just tell him that there's now a problem on the buyers end that has to be resolved (it's funny how the shipper seems to generally know about the problem already though).
Usually, by the time they get caught up on the CC's they have no problem believing that the second bank account is also not good any more.
Rinse, wash and repeat!

In my experience, you can sometimes run that cycle (or any of many variations of the same) 3, maybe 4 times before they get twiggy (maybe 5 or 6 if you find another Cardoso).

After that you can get into mailing them a refund check and all kinds of other fun...
