After not calling all weekend, he sent a email saying he has to pay over the phone. Not a chance. I sent him a nasty email asking what part of "In writing" didn't he understand and I can't keep the accounting people sitting around waiting for his call.

Nice tactic, Bware. I sent an email to the sheeper asking if he knew what the problem was.

ETA, This is one of 4 cc lads that have gone silent, leaving their orders incomplete. I have been emailing them and the sheepers asking how they want their refunds. Just to be a jerk, if I don't hear from them in 2 days, I'll repeat the emails telling them I mailed a certified check.

I also got fed up with him and told him that I was cancelling the order and refunding, but surprise surprise the cards won't accept the refund.

His solution

Funny! I just told him I could not make the refund because the account numbers now come back as invalid.

Got the same account bware got on Monday.

I'll break the bad news to him in the morning that I won't refund to a third party - lets see if he's smart enough to cough up another account with his name as account holder.

i've sent increasingly insulting emails about thickheaded customers that don't want refunds. Think I'll throw a party for my hard working employees, including Ginger in Accounting, in the Foundry.
