I told him that I run a busy merchandising business and I really needed to spend what little time I had to email customers on customers who are actually ordering stuff. That pushed him into making an order. Hopefully in the next couple of emails I'll get that CC.

I don't have my spreadsheet in front of me, but I think he has given me around 15 different cards and his invoice was over $27k. He likes to phone. My K7 number gets about 4 or 5 calls from him a day.

He's demanded a phone call to my accounting dept-I told him I can't skype. So lets see if a one-off will start the flow of cards again-he's only a quarter of the way through payment.
