kind of a new scam, they approve a huge loan, without even knowing anything about you, but you must pay a fee for insurance. here's what they told me........the insurance fee stand as guarantee that you will pay back the loan as the end of the loan duration and the fee is a for the registration of the loan and the fee will be returned to you at the end of the loan duration...

The fee is $ 2200.00 USD for the amount you requested as loan and i want you to know that we dont believe on collateral because so many individual has present fake credentials of buildings and cars to us and at the end is not for them and they have run with our money that is why the company introduce the insurance fee.

Yes that is the procedure and the fee is refundable and as soon as your loan is insured it will be transfer to you with 3/4 banking hours and you will need to pay the fee to the company accountant because he will be the one to register the loan and the insurance certificate will be send to you for you to know that your loan has been fully insured and the transfer will take place immediately. all we need is your bank name and swift number your loan will be transfer okay.
