There is a lot of spaces in the receipt for them to put their stamp, so why do they put the stamp on the 10 digital codes, and you know that without the correct number ,western union here cannot issue out the payment. (I know  )

Looks like he's all out of cards as he has agreed to me cancelling the order and refunding. As the card is cancelled he had to supply a bank account

I rejected the account as it wasn't in his name and we can't refund to third parties.
If he doesn't stump up a new account then he will get an email later today telling him that we are sending a cheque to the address that he gave. |

I've already told him the goods shipped (eventually by my couriers, as I didn't trust his) have been returned to me because they couldn't find the address he had supplied. Waiting for him to ask for refund but nothing yet. |
