Mine was from the climax website. I'm looking to live in Amsterdam, so maybe that's why I got a unique account.

I did ask for a contract to look over as well as some time for a friend in the area to see the apartment, and got the following response:

Well I think you had better find the time to show my friend the apartment and get me a REAL contract. This does not seem to be a problem for other rental agencies. Note - the contract he sent me was a one pager and not nearly good enough.

He sent me a contract that was cut off after one page. I was not happy.

You did not send me the entire rental agreement. Imagine my dissapointment. I am starting to think I should deal with another agency. Perhaps one that has it's shit together. So if you want to lease me the apartment get your head out of your ass and send me the full lease agreement to look over.

so lad tried to sell me Moneygram, I sent back angry note saying everyone knew Moneygram was used by scammers, and he came back with this:

He suggested that I make the changes I want to the contract. I told him that was his job, and I think he dropped me. I asked him if he could suggest someone that could help me that was not as incompetent as him, and have not heard back.
