If you can clearly trace the victim of a scammer and know exactly how much money he/she lost, would it be ethical to cash bait the scammer to help recover some of the lost money?
I am just wondering. I don't think I would ever come to such a situation anyway. |

I quess it might be. But we do not discuss about that here. There are legal reasons why you can't do that and that is the reason why we do not discuss about it here. |
