Scammer “circles” on Google+

I’ve begun dabbling in baiting again, and I’ve noticed something interesting: Several Gmail-based scammers have Google+ accounts linked to the email address—and they seem to link to a handful of other accounts in their “circles”.

Are these more likely other scammers in the same ring, or just alternate personae? Either way, it seems something we should be able to use against them.

I believe that when you open up a new Gmail account, if you use the same personal details Google will try to link the accounts. Maybe that's an error on the part of some scammers.

And I could be wrong, but it happened to me a while back. May be simply a cookie thing confined to one computer.

Also a warning there for the baiters.
