How should I proceed, I don't want to have a virus or something on my computer so I have not clicked the link. Is it safe to enter the site or not? |

Congratulations, you've found a fake bank! post the details in "fake banks" as per the forum modalities and the site killing team will show you how to blow it up. No need to visit it.
A quick look at the WhoIs shows that it is certainly a fake site.
Post the details in the Fake Banks forum and set the status to Need Help and a site killer will sort it out (post the email you received providing it as well - it will be used as supporting evidence by the killers). |

I actually can't really remember, because that was from a couple of years ago. But I think it had to do something with the PRAT forms? Not really sure though, but I think others will know. I was not allowed to put it in myself if I believe correctly.
