Phil Yerboots gave some good advice. A little bit more:
1. Just be a baiter. Your baiting character should be far removed from your real self. Pretend to be a 99 year old; pretend to be a woman; pretend to be a gay man.
2. Tell your wife all about it, and enlist her help. She can give you the next line to say. I've done sex chat with lads, sitting next to my husband, and with him helping and laughing. Never say anything - emotional, conversational, or sexual - that you really are or would really like in real life. Stay in (slightly weird) character, and be that person instead.
3. You don't have to 'fall in love' with romance lads. They don't want a lover; they want the money. They will equally be happy with the thought of money from a penpal. So your character can 'just be friends' with them equally well, and still keep the bait going. A few of mine lasted over a year that way. |
