Yet another new wrinkle...
I got a new scam-mail that mentioned my baiting character's
"profession" as part of the initial solicitation. If a bait has gone far enough to get that detail, chances are that there is a pig in the farm from the old bait and yet here it is from someone new.
It's obvious from the amount of 419 emails to my baiter account (and NO other spam of any kind), that they steal/buy from each other, but I wonder how somebody got that info without knowing it was bogus?

It's impossible for them to know who is bogus and who is not. They'll do anything to find some way to catch your attention. Pigs send hundreds of e-mails per hour. Even if they can get 1 person out 100 to give $1000, they'll keep mass mailing. They'll do anything to give the impression that you both have a lot in common. You could say you're a "bondage porn star" and someone will find some way to connect with you. They won't take the time to check whether or not your backstory is legit; they just want to fire off replies and get as many people to Western Union as possible. |

I'm just baffled as to how this lad got the "occupation" of my character for that first howdy-do. It had to come from another lad...but from fairly deep into the bait.
