(Not entirely sure which forum this should be in)

I manned up. I applied for a mentorship program and I'm gonna start baiting.
Straight after I applied, I started work on this fake church site.

My mentor (should I say their username?) told me to share it. Which I was planning to do from the start, but I feel I should point out that they suggested sharing it as well.

Things to note about the website:
- It isn't done yet.
- I know it looks dorky, but I didn't really have clear goals for what I actually wanted the site to look like, so I made a piece of crap. I reckon it still looks passable for a small business site. Maybe a font change.
- login.php is straight HTML, I just made it a PHP file so that it would look more legit. There are no valid username/password combos.
- Nothing is logged about your site access, at least by me. I dunno about the web host but I've dealt with them before and they seem legit.
- Chell Apirtoire is a reference to Portal. [REDACTED] would look a bit odd, so I screwed up the spelling of Aperture.

If you have any suggestions, please tell me so I can help make this site a useful tool in the baiting of scammers.

UPDATE: Changed the contact details. I hadn't checked the website thoroughly enough, but checking it out now that it's up, I realise how stupid it was to put the Australian rejection line and say the church was in Washington, USA.

There is a small fish image file on most pages, which links to what seems to be a hidden site. I am confused, as the URL never seems to change.

You seem to be selling certificates at $20 and $30 USD. Where does the money go?

Not sure about this, there really is a Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, set up by atheists, which is where the link on the picture goes.

The fact that it's so ridiculous is kind of the point, without wanting to get into any kind of debate about it. We know about this from the days of Gold Hat. (Newer members may need to use 'search' if they are interested)

So basically you've produced a page that links to a real fake church, if there can be such a thing.

Sorry, you need to produce your own original fake church, not piggyback on someone else's.

I'm locking this as the thread is doomed to turn into a debate about religion, or the mockery of it contained in the concept of Pastafarianism.
