Now I receive 3-5 emails from lads per week (to my personla email address).
But I would like to create new mailbox for lads.

Which mail server better for such activity? As I understand, I need server with bad spam filter... What is more suitable? Gmail/mail.com/yahoo/etc?

And how to promote this email address to the lads? I want to receive 20-30 emails from diffrent lads daily - is it possible?

Just go there and spam will flow...

I doubt that you get that many but you get lad mail everyday. And that is without doing anything.
