wow, I can't believe it. I used to be on this forum what seems like ages ago, I don't even remember my credentials so I had to sign up again. The number of users sure had grown. Great jobs guys! Hey Lotta, you are still here ; )

I am trying to get a jump start on some romance bait from Russia. Would any one be willing to share some fresh leads for a Vlad or two? I used to do mainly nigerian money scams, not romance and it's been a while, so I don't know what's the best dating site to procure a few leads for baiting. I want to get a few photo trophies, so that's where I'm am.

For a start I have to say good luck with photo trophies from the Love lads and Vlads. They're pretty tricky to get. I'm still trying.

best site for Love lads is www.4ppl.com absolutely swarming with them. make sure your profile is suitably ugly/off putting to weed out the real ones and you'll still be amazed at the number of scammers who find you irresistable.

Best site for Vlads is probably www.mybelovednet.com

Both are free to join and free to get mails unlike many who charge for accessing your inbox. The scammers are more than happy to begin mailing your set-up email address once initial contact has been made.

As for Lotta? You'd have to ask her.

many thanks for the lead, I signed up on RussianPassions and haven't got any replies yet, I am shocked!!!

I know that getting a photo trophy would be hard, I doubt that there are any models holdings 419 eater signs out there ; ) I think that I'll have to get creative. Ok, it's on.

Another thing, I posted profile in Russian (translated from online translator) I natively speak the language, but want to be a "gullible American" Plus I have some good grasp to separate possible "real" cases as well as play some mind twisters with language. I wander if Vlads actually troll profiles in Russian (web translated) or they just opt to pure English.

I'd reckon they're going for the english ones Boris. They have two main scams. One is to correspond for a while and then you get an email from a company that she has supposedly been paying to translate for her. Unfortunately she can't afford them anymore. Would you mind paying? The other is she wants to see you. Just needs a bit of help with the visa, flights and passport costs. Oh, and could you pay her last month's rent too? She's a bit behind. Oh, and she needs money for the internet cafe too.

All these angles don't really work if it looks like you might be russian too. I'd switch to english and then mention that you speak some russian if it's something you want to use in your bait.

well, I've been busy, just checked 4ppl and looks like I got a bunch of letters, but they are not vlads. Only one is. I'm on it.

I'm a native Russian speaker, so I hope that I can walk the thin line and use bad online translator to my advantage. That's the angle I want to try, we'll see what comes out of it.

As Phil said above, the best place for vlads is mybelovednet.com.

4ppl is obviously crawling with scammers, but most are lads, not vlads.
