I was contacted by this person on www.blackplanet.com User name clamclam
I gave him my Yahoo messenger name and had sent him a e-mail
with an application attached for him to fill out and
return to me, I did this so I could check his headers.

When I did check his headers he is from Ghana.
He says he is from GA.
Anyone who would like a copy of this form let me know,
willing to share it. Very Happy

Hello Annemarie, and welcome to the romance department!! Just to make sure, when you gave him your yahoo messenger name, that weren't your real data, right? We always advise to bait safe, no matter how small the risk is. May I advise you to perhaps sign up for a mentor? They're great to learn the vast amount of tools and techniques hidden on the forums.

Furthermore, can you give us some more data on your scammer? E-mail adress, headers, and all the info you receive from them. We like to put up little profiles of our romance pets to make them googleable and thus protecting other people.

I have been scammed in the past and believe me they are not getting me again!

I couldnt remember what all I had to put up, it has been awhile since I was here before.

Hi Anne Marie (spelt right now)

Great to see you over here with us.

When posting headers, they include what is called a domain key, in simple terms, it's a long string of continuous text,

In most forums, when you have continuous text it will push the page sideways to accomodate, notice you need to scroll to the right to view the thread now Wink

If you could delete the 2 domain keys it will make the page tidy again,

The domain key looks like this UePkSb8WLDs5RCPgRXYN6B05nQNcRHK9GzIDs9DKbrcJ7CEiN except it is much longer Wink

Now, how to post a picture

I am going to cheat here and direct you to ready made instructions but one thing to add, the pictures cant be any bigger than 600 pixels wide otherwise it pushes the page over again.
