Talked to him today and got the zip code, then he tried to give me a PO box with no state or country or zip attached with it...so I told him I'd just go with the first one...

Gonna need to pick up printer paper this weekend to have it all ready to send to shebop for re-mailing to him on monday...he is conditioned that express mail takes 10 days, so taking 2 weeks isn't uncommon to send a letter parcel post to him...

He got on me again about when I can get on cam - pointed out it'd have to be next payday before I could afford one and right now I am considering going to the chiropractor since my back is in pain which will cost 40 - 80 to have fixed and I'd have to write that check on next payday...

Thinking about borrowing my son's web cam & taping it and sending it to him - poor lighting, barely make out the shape of the face type thing - they do it to us all the time Twisted Evil

actually since he'll never find mr. eze (although it would be funny watching them determine there is NO mr. eze) then it shouldn't be too educational...

I kinda think mark should hold off on giving that address until AFTER the law firm contacts him since then he'll be told not to contact a.s. again...then when he complains that mark provided a false address I can slap him real hard about breaking the rules he agreed to and that could cause us to lose the case...

Maybe you should caution him that mr eze is a parolee out on work-release and that the company was trying to help him earn a living instead of the state (or county) paying for it. but then again, this isn't usa so what do they do with released convicts? after all, mr eze only committed three murders but he's much better now.

It is a 3rd world country I don't know if they have work-release programs...

He was questioning why you would give him the address & phone number NOW instead of when he needed it ... very suspicious...something needs to be said to him from Mark about how he thinks the company is trying to rip him off and it really disappointed him with the company ... so even tho he could get fired he's really trying to help kelvin now...

Immigration lawyers contacted him today...but the forms were in a different format than what he could open...frustrated him to no end...he's just been dying to hear from them...

He wanted ME to go into his box to tell the lawyers to send it in a different file format....told him he could do it, I don't like to be in his personal stuff....he accused me of not helping - I pointed out I paid for the lawyers...

STILL looking for someone to play the lawyers from the shipping company lawsuit...pointed out to him that this might take awhile to find a lawyer who'd take his case, but I can only put that off for so long...

He finally got the initial forms from the immigration lawyer ... but they need a notary public for them to be official Twisted Evil

and then he has to wait the time for them to be postal mailed back to the lawyer's office...

So first his lazy ass looked online for a notary -- I've been suggesting a simple phone book would have a ton of them listed...he was so lazy he told me he had no access to a phone book - I told him cafe's should have one...and he agreed...

then he told me he went to a bank and they wanted $200...then he went to one at a lawyers office and they wanted $47....he just mentioned it, didn't ask for the money -- he knows I'm broke right now -- lmao

for some odd reason he's been hinting -- alright, he came right out and said how much easier chatting would be with me if he had a laptop ... I had to point out I TRIED to send him one and am paying $100 a month to pay for it...then he apologized...what he FORGOT what he was chasing the insurance check for??? Of course, he forgot when it was MY money going out the door...

Hmmm a psychological profile (in a couple letters) may be a good idea...he has seen my homeland security form that asks several odd questions and he filled it out without many questions...

He needs to fill out a psychological profile to help establish that he is an honest person -- I remember going to work for a couple companies that needed an "honesty" survey I remember some of the types of questions on it -- wonder if I can find an already made survey online that can be tweaked...

Well for the immigration lawyer he needs a notary public to witness his signature - the cheapest one he could find was at the post office and it was 35 usd... which he won't have until the end of the month ... so this week a letter is in order slapping him that the time this takes depends on him.

I kept telling him to use the phone book to look up a notary public and found out from him there is no such thing - so I googled it and found they do have phone books, they just haven't been updated in years and years...so I believe he had problems looking for a phone book...

The a.s.s. lawsuit is just starting - he got a simple form asking his name etc. he got wrong his mother's maiden name, and for sex he put down single ... that earned him a moderate slap about actually taking the time to read questions - the lawyer doesn't have time to go over each answer and tell him which ones are wrong...

I have a 35 questionnaire ready to go about the events of the incident...

Will be looking at psychology quizzes that are so prevalent on the net - try to get a 100 question psychology form to tell what kind of guy he is...of course EVERY question MUST be answered to the best of his ability

He sent 2 e-mails, one telling me that it rained and his apartment got soaked so all his electronics are ruined...the second saying he found a notary to do it for 25$ but it had to be paid by monday...

I didn't have time to talk to him on friday (after he sent the e-mails) due to real life and it upset him to no end...he was VERY upset I didn't say sorry about the rain...didn't have time to mention the 25$

He's so upset he doesn't know when he can talk with me again (bet it's within a few days)...

Will have to quizz him on what electronics got ruined and why he didn't sell any of those for the notary or things that he asked me for money...

He IMed me today (saturday) so he wasn't too upset with me -- lmfao

The electronics that got ruined were an electric cook pot and a radio -- I told him to let them dry out well and they'll work like new...

Found out he was honestly scared about the flu - so I told him alllll about side effects of vaccines, flu deaths, how there are thousands of strains of viruses...and how the swine flu is even worse...then reminded him he'd need to be immunized to come over here...lmao

Finally got through to him that there are a lot of people who live in tennessee who don't have electric...that they use wood burning stoves and kerosene lanterns...it's an accepted fact now Twisted Evil

He told me how when he was younger he cut wood for ppl to make money...told him how you can make good money here cutting trees for ppl...he got excited at that idea Very Happy

May think about on the homeland security form having him put down wood pecker (cutter) as his possible occupation...

maybe you could suggest that with this latest strain of Flu, he needs to wear some kind of surgical gloves to protect him from getting the flu from the keyboard as all it takes is on touch from a contaminated person. maybe the blue ones? I would love to see a photo of all of these guys wearing gloves at the internet cafe and being suspicious of each other.

but I think this lad is too smart than to think he could get a ppl virus online...

I could read Nigeria was starting to have outbreaks & warn him about close places with other people, like cafes...watch out for people coughing or sneezing, or runny noses - especially young people...point out that ppl getting sick aren't going to the dr's....definitely mention that people who cough or sneeze into their hand and then touch keyboards is an excellent way of it being transmitted...get all worried about him using the cafe Twisted Evil

He's returned one straightforward form back to the settlement lawyer...is still working HARD on getting the form from immigrations notarized...

Sent a confusing incident report to him from the settlement lawyer ... very easy for him to get answers wrong and have to do a particular page all over again Twisted Evil

plan for it to take him about a month to get all the details of the incident right ...

Hasn't talked to me in 2 days now...he'd better have paid for a notary and that's why he's too broke to talk to me, won't take anything else as an answer ... think he's gonna get slapped pretty hard

Are you threatening my client?! I do hope he found the notary. I might have to drop him a line saying that he is hindering this ongoing case. Once this matter goes to court we can't have him holding up the judicial process which is a long and drawn out ordeal

The notary is for his immigration case - something completely separate ...

He hasn't talked to me in 2 days (his norm is almost every day) so I'm hoping he found a notary and spent his last naria on that Twisted Evil
