Once you get there, you never want to leave.

you. It's extremely frustrating for me! And when you travel to Benin, please

Glad you got my email, I am stopped in the airport in London until tomorrow and thought I would check my emails.

Pat left for Benin, I think on friday, not sure exactly, she had some minor things to handle but for the most part she said all is well and it will be a wonderful experience. I will be arriving in Benin early morning on wednesday, then off to the safari camp. I will remain there until late saturday. I must return to the US on saturday to finalize any business agreements discussed during these meetings. I didn't realize Pat was already at the camp, If you wished you could go there now and spend a bit of time getting to know her and some of the other agents and clients? That decision I will leave to you.

You do still have your employee Identification, correct? You will need that at the meetings. I do not understand your request for my picture, I apologize.

the reimbursement sheet and my ticket is scan as a proof, some other proof has
been sent to Jack as per the client brief reimbursement, i got the map and i
will go over it latter today, You said you are in Benin now, when did you arrive
to benin? Why did you come earlier? where is Jack? when will i meet with Jack?
and you also stated something like office, Did Moose Chuckle have any office in

Dear Mr. Armstr0ng,

So great to hear from you again. Thanks for the update on when you will be
arriving. I'm so sorry that I did not reply earlier. I have been here alone,
trying to set up the model showcase room and the conference room decorations
and making last minute changes to clients' requests regarding the meeting here.
They all have their own food and drink preferences, and I have to make sure the
staff here acquires what they need to feel comfortable here. Cell phone
coverage is spotty at best here, mostly not working at all. The internet
connection is good, so when I have my pc connected in my room I can make calls
from it. I have only used my room here to sleep after a long day's work, so
needless to say, I haven't kept up with any phone calls.

I am getting quite exhausted from this, but the staff is helping a bit. I wish
Randy would get here soon. I need a man to lift some of this stuff here. Maybe
you and your secretary can help me as well when you get here on Thursday.
The show has been delayed one day, so we are doing ok. Everything will work out fine.

I will write you again after I see Bernie about changing your reservation from
one person to two, and I will tell him we need another room for your business
associate. I will also try and find you a suitable hotel for tomorrow night.
It's best to get all the way to Natitingou, if you plan on arriving in the
morning on Thursday here at the 5imba 5afari C@mp. If you are are arriving a
bit later, it is ok. We will be here until the end of Saturday. I hope you
will stay and enjoy your time with us for our entire stay.

Oh, I almost forgot! What is your secretary's name, so I can tell Bernie? I
will need it for the reservation.

Now I must find a nice hotel in Natiting0u to recommend. I seem to remember
there was a nice one with a pool and quite expensive by Benin standards.
One lad stayed there a year or so ago I think, on his way to the park.
There were also some nice pictures of the place.

Oh, and Armstr0ng will have to be informed that his secretary will also have to
submit an ID10-T2 form. Security is very tight at our shows. Many famous
people show up at them. His associate will not be allowed into the camp or
the venue without the security photo. I'm sure Armstr0ng will understand. Very Happy

@MG - I'm going to give him my recommendations of Le Pr1ncesses in Parak0u and Tat@ Somb@ Hotel in Natiting0u. He as an agent of MM is expected to book his own room, and save receipts for reimbursement. I'm not his Mommy! Damn! Mad

And I'll try not to give him a number as temporary MM office line, but will if absolutely necessary. Smile
