Thanks for your email and your positive reply to my proposal. How you are today and how your family is, I apologize for the late reply to your email. There is no doubt that you may be apprehensive, scary and afraid of events and skeptical with this development. I too, with conscience will feel the same way when a total stranger writes to me on such confidential matters through the Internet. I will be bound to ask a few questions and need clarifications.

And.... it's obvious he is being reverse badger baited because he is going to have to answer lots of questions and clarify matters.

I think the point was that the scammer called him scary, and his thought was "you don't know half of it, bud."
