I am doing my first bait with a clean gmail account. Any thoughts on using myspace to flesh out a character? Or, is it a waste of time with these guys?

If you are planning to use MySpace to attract possible love lads, it's an OK idea, but sites specifically for dating might get you more lads.

If you just want to bait 419 scams and point to your MySpace page and say, "This is me," it won't do any harm, but I don't know how much it would move a bait forward. JMHO.

I personally have had no luck on Myspace catching lads.

The dating sites are crawling with them.

I don't get much from MySpace, but I do get some. Actually, Lad#1 from my Robbed thread emailed my other self on MS two days ago.....he is starting over. There isn't enough traffic with Lads on MS to make it worth setting up an account though.

Just set up a bit of a profile, with a picture, any picture will do, and sit back and wait, I get a few new one's every week. But I only like to run 4 or 5 at a time. No point in making it a job of work. And that site is 99 point 9 percent scammers

In fact I set up a profile as a female to male trans-gender, post op, By-sexual. [ think about it ] And I'm still getting replies, from err, well I haven't worked that bit out yet. But we are very happy together. Wink

But I have noticed a few on my latest MS account, where my photo is setup to make me look as ALIEN as possible.
