The number of lads I have varies from 3 or 4 to over 20 depending on the traffic to my accounts. Some are lost quickly and others last for months. I've had some last for years.

It really depends on the time I have left for baiting...
Currently I think I have 3 baits that are still going. (I did not respond to them for 2 weeks though)
I happened to have more that 10 baits ongoing (especially after some successful mass-asem) but can't find time for that anymore... Sad

I have one main bait going on, and I'm feeling out a few others with a really nice plot that could lead to safari-land. I'm wasting the time of five or six others, waiting on a check from three, and am getting a few random angry voicemails here and there from a few others.

It really varies for me, depending on time constraints.

Right now I'm baiting two lads, and will be picking up a third soon that I'll be co-baiting along with my mentee.

I try to keep less than 5.

And then one emailed me and refused to go away. And then there was a lottery lad, and another NoK, and...

I'm up to about 7 or 8 at the minute.

I typically have 2 or 3 "good" ones, and a couple dozen "prospects".
