so... starting with the fact that you can only withdraw $5000 a day... you get this attachment 
$5000 x 356 days until the expiry = only $1.8 mill! How am I going to get the rest?? I've asked for an extension of the expiry - not telling him why, as we don't want to educate him.

Why de-educate him and tell him the new format in the West for card numbers is now not 4 groups of 4 digits but 5 groups of 5 digits.
