Had a quick look - couldn't find anything obvious, but it doesn't look particularly legit either.
Website on both http://www.ebran... and http://ebran....
Sidebar links don't work in FF but do in IE
Payment by WU, MG or bank transfer - which doesn't help legitimacy 
They have a blog advert here http://www.list4all.com/ebrandtrading/ and several other scattered around the 'net. Again, no phones or faxes.

Registered in 2007 for 2 years
No physical address given
Claims to be a Ltd Company (but doesn't say where registered)
No registered company number (can't check UK as Companies House website has Sundays off, but I can guess the result of a search)
Most contact details are throw-away email addresses, apart from [email protected] which seems to validate OK, (although a service scan of the domain shows POP3 and IMAP connections refused). Email appears to be on 222.76.218.81, which is

No evidence of fraud or fakery; could easily be a scam, but I'd guess it makes and sells counterfeits.

So my conclusions: can't prove fraud; probably sells counterfeit goods, but that's a Trading Standards issue, IMHO. I'd welcome other views.

This may be copyright infringement, but I'm not so sure that it's actually illegal in some parts of the world. (Lawyers, pelt me with accurate information wrapped around rocks at this point)
If it's just copyright, then isn't that up to the likes of Nike to deal with? |
