I sent my latest modality for lad annoyance to a few addresses.

And the advertisments on google mail follow me about, trying to make me buy remedies for bodily smells of every description, welly boots that smell nice, services for sewer smells, perfumes to hide my smell, it's VERY DISTRESSING. go away! it's not me that smells, it's the other guy... does anyone else on google mail find it a bit creepy?

Google is simply picking up keywords in your email like, smell, stinky bush man, and u smell de place out, wash wash, is it any surprise you get adverts showing for remedies for bodily smells.

I shouldn't be surprised but it does it for all sorts of other stuff and it's getting a bit uncanny.

Parsers used to be lovably dumb, like labradors, now they're clever and accurate and it's a bit freaky.

Went through some to my family, now i can see why it would suggest the Doc marten site but the one that puzzles me is the " get a flatter stomach" from an email that my sis sent. All she said was "I'm up in my bedroom trying out the new wireless broadband" Shocked

And what does google give? Ads for cheap tickets. Counter productive!

Anytime you enter anything into a search engine, Google remembers it and targets you for ads based on that information. Creepy? Not as far as I'm concerned. It is high-tech advertising, and is very easy to ignore.

Sometimes Google makes me laugh when it tries to interpret my baiting letters and gets the wrong end of the stick. Or the wrong stick.

I tend to log out when I leave Gmail, I dont like the way when I visit other sites, I see my browser letting Google know what I'm up to, like its telling your parents where you are..

Via one of my many Gmail accounts, I sent Hayley an invite, so she can have a Gmail account too.

She has given her address to noone so far, nor have I.

So how come she has received one email so far:

I use a very simple tool to cure that problem. Firefox has an add on that blocks advertising.
